Overview: Demolition of an existing property followed by the construction of a new bespoke detached residential dwelling. The project utilised several innovative construction techniques, including steel frame and timber stud walls with full fill cellulose insulation and airtight vapour barrier membrane technology. This technology is typically found in Scandinavian countries and North America.
The project also included extensive external works, landscaping and boundary treatments.

Overview: Extensive refurbishment and extension of an existing dwelling to provide luxury apartments. In addition to the extremely high standard of finish achieved in the apartments, each apartment included innovative technology throughout, together with enhanced acoustic performance parameters.

Overview: The project comprised of the refurbishment and extension of a vacant Public House to accommodate a new Tesco store. In addition to baseline tenant fit out works, the project also included all associated external works to facilitate the delivery routes and ancillary parking.

Overview: The project comprised of an extensive enabling works phase, followed by the construction of a new detached industrial unit for Halfords Autocentres. In addition to the baseline unit and associated external works, the project also accommodated specific tenants requirements, including designated testing bays and working pits.

Overview: The project comprised of an extensive enabling works phase, followed by the construction of a new detached industrial unit for Screwfix. In addition to the baseline unit and associated external works, the project also included specific tenant upgrades in respect of security requirements and ancillary office areas.

Overview: The project comprised of the demolition of an existing building and subsequent construction of a new student accommodation building. The new accommodation comprised of 3no. flats, with 19no. bedrooms and associated communal areas.
New ancillary outbuildings were constructed to provide amenity areas, laundry rooms and a bicycle enclosure.

Client: Newport Council
Overview: Construction of detached external classroom buildings. To minimise disruption to the schools, the project utilised a composite construction process. The principal superstructure elements of the buildings were constructed off site, including above ground drainage, pre-first fix mechanical and electrical elements.
Once complete, units were delivered to site and erected. The second part of the process utilised traditional construction elements on site, including external facing brickwork walls, roofs, internal walls, ceilings, M&E, floor finishes, fixtures and fittings, external security shutters etc.
The project also included external works and landscaping.
